 Establish Report Privacy Controls

 Report Privacy Controls are created to map user restriction masks to report fields. The process is simple and quick. Select the database table or view, select the field, and identify the security mask to be applied.

 Set up multiple restrictions so customers can be restricted by customer id, salespeople can be restricted by salesperson id, product group managers can be restricted by subaccount, etc.

 Save the record and your report is Privacy Manager enabled!
